Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using PackPro Jobs (the "Platform"), operated by AC Enterprises, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302001 (GST 08AMHPC4640D1ZH), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law. Employers must operate a registered Indian business with a valid GSTIN where applicable.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information and keep your password and OTP confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, post fake jobs, misrepresent identity, or harass other users.
4. Job seekers
Profile creation and applying to jobs is free. We do not charge commission on any hire. Information you publish on your profile is shared with employers when you apply or when your contact is unlocked under their paid plan.
5. Employers
Employers must post genuine vacancies, use accurate company details, treat candidates with respect, comply with Indian labour laws, and not collect any fee from candidates for recruitment. PackPro Jobs is a platform, not a recruiter — we do not guarantee hires.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. GST is added per Indian law. Cancel anytime; access continues till the end of the current cycle. No refunds for partial periods, except as required by law.
7. Prohibited content
Do not post discriminatory job ads, content that violates Indian law, jobs requiring fee from candidates, false claims about salary or benefits, or content that infringes third- party rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its design, brand, code and content, is owned by AC Enterprises. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it on the Platform.
9. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AC Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of opportunity, revenue or data, arising from use of the Platform.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify AC Enterprises against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Platform.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction. We encourage you to write to us at support@packprojobs.com before initiating formal proceedings.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app banner. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
